Amenities include lighted arena, cross country jumps, round pen, future dressage arena, and a lot of groomed trails to ride!!!!Facility is located in Rincon in the Staffordshire Estates Community, close to Savannah & Pooler and is a full care horse boarding facility. Full board includes: 12x12 stall with shavings, daily turn-out (horses will be kept in stalls with fans during the hot part of the day and turned out at night (weather permitting), use of sand/turf outdoor arenas with lights, use of hot/cold wash stalls, individual private tack lockers, onsite residence and trainer to help keep watch over your horse, up to 3 quarts of grain or pellets 2x per day, hay, and blanketing services, daily fly spray and rotational de-wormer every 2 months. Other services avail, including individual and group riding lessons, training, and horses for lease.
