WANTED: Retail Space on River Street for sale in Savannah, Georgia

I am looking to lease a retail storefront on River Street in Downtown Savannah. I currently reside out of state, so my ability to physically search for a location at this time is limited.
I am looking for something between 400 to 1000sf, but will consider any size. I'd prefer to be on River St, but will consider any space in Downtown. If you have or know of something that is currently available or will be available in the near future, please reply to this post. I would love to discuss it further and arrange a time soon to come down and view the property.
